The barrel jean has quietly become the most important silhouette in women's denim. Rollas Gigi Barrel
The Rollas Gigi is the barrel jean that started the conversation for a lot of people. A mid-rise fit with a generous leg that curves into a tapered ankle, it hits the balance between relaxed and refined.
We carry the Gigi in five washes:
- Brad Blue: a classic mid-blue that goes with everything
- Rinse Denim: deep, dark, and polished
- Vintage White: a warm off-white for warmer months
- Black Mountain: washed black with character
- 80s Black: true black for a cleaner look
The Gigi also comes in two Turn Up versions with a built-in cuff:
- Paris Texas: a warm stone wash
- Palace Vintage: a lighter vintage wash
Rollas Arc Barrel
The Arc is Rollas' wider take on the barrel. Where the Gigi is more contained, the Arc has a fuller, more exaggerated curve through the leg. Same mid-rise, same quality construction, just more volume.
Available in three washes:
- Thunderbird: mid-blue with natural fading
- White Gold: a warm, creamy white
- Black Sand: soft black with a lived-in finish
Nobody Denim Vera Barrel
Nobody Denim brings a more refined, premium approach to the barrel shape. The Vera is cut from heavier denim with a higher attention to construction detail. It feels considered and grown up without losing the relaxed energy that makes the barrel shape work.

Neuw Amber Barrel
Neuw's Amber Barrel in Rinse Denim is the newest barrel in the mix. A deep rinse wash with a polished finish, this one sits at the more refined end of the barrel spectrum. Neuw is known for their denim quality and the Amber is no exception.
Abrand 95 Tara Barrel
The Abrand 95 Tara Barrel in Dark Blue is a high-rise barrel with a generous fit through the thigh and a tapered leg. If you like the Abrand fit and already wear their 95 high-rise styles, the Tara is a natural next step into the barrel shape.
How to Style the Barrel Jean
The curved silhouette creates its own visual interest, so keep everything else simple. A fitted tank or baby tee up top balances the volume below. For cooler days, a cropped knit or structured blazer works well over the top. Footwear-wise, the barrel shape looks best with something that sits close to the foot: ballet flats, pointed mules, low-profile sneakers. Chunky boots work too when you want to lean into the proportions.
