For a while now we've had people overseas emailing to ask if we'd ship to them. Enough of them, often enough, that it stopped being a one-off. So we've sorted it. Wally now ships worldwide.
Alongside New Zealand and Australia, you can order from the UK, Europe, Canada, the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and the Pacific Islands. All up that's more than 30 countries. If the checkout takes your address, we can almost certainly get a parcel to you.
Prices show in your currency
Shop from the UK and you'll see pounds. Shop from the US and it's dollars. Same for everywhere else. Whatever the site shows you at checkout is what you pay, no converting in your head.
One flat tracked rate
Shipping is a flat rate based on where you are, and you'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay. Every order is tracked. Most parcels land within 7 to 15 working days of leaving us.
Duties and taxes
This bit changes depending on where you live, so worth a read.
If you're in the United States, duties are already built into the prices on the site. You pay what you see and there's nothing extra to pay when it turns up.
Everywhere else, your local customs may add an import duty or tax when the parcel reaches you. In the UK and Europe that's usually VAT, and most other countries have their own version. It's charged by your customs, not us, and the amount comes down to your country's rules, so have a quick check before you order if you're not sure.
Returns
You've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to send something back for a return or exchange. It needs to come back unworn with the tags still on. The return postage to us is on you, and the shipping you originally paid isn't refunded, but the rest is easy. Sizing is the thing most likely to catch you out from the other side of the world, so if you're unsure, email us before you order and we'll help you land the right fit.
A few things we can't send
Candles, fragrance and incense are classed as dangerous goods and can't fly. Glassware and drinkware don't survive international freight in one piece. So none of those show up in the international store. Everything else is there.
